We are a medical group specializing in family medicine. We have over 40 years experience serving our friends and neighbors in North Utah County and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to be a regional and national leader in providing high quality, compassionate health care service to our patients and their families.
We strive to be at the cutting edge of our specialty and in the use of technology to aid in providing efficient high-quality health care.
We see our role as being partners with our patients, and we aim to empower our patients with the care, support, and information they need to live the healthiest and happiest lives possible.
Locations & Hours of Service
Our American Fork Center is located at 226 N. 1100 E., American Fork, UT 84003. The center is just north of American Fork Hospital and just south of the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple.
Our Lehi Clinic is located across from the Lehi High School tennis courts at 680 E. Main, Lehi, UT, 84043, just west of the I-15 off the Lehi Main Street freeway exit.

History
The American Fork Clinic opened its doors in 1967 with two physicians determined to emphasize the full spectrum and benefits of what was developing into the specialty of family practice. Additional family medicine specialists have joined our group over the years.
In 2000, the group continued its expansion with the opening of the Lehi Medical Clinic. Our Lehi Center is the first medical clinic to maintain a permanent presence in the city of Lehi, and our location is convenient for many residents not only of Lehi but of Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain and our other neighboring communities.
Now, over 40 years after the opening of our doors, the American Fork and Lehi Clinics are among the most well-respected family medicine clinics in the state, and our long-standing quality service to our neighbors in North Utah County and surrounding areas is a point of pride for our docs and staff.
Family Medicine

Family medicine is our specialty and includes comprehensive care for all ages for both acute and chronic conditions, along with a focus on preventive care and health maintenance.
We care for infants, children, teens, adults, and the elderly. We are able to consult with and refer to other specialists as needed and work with them to deliver top quality health care to you and your family.
Special Services and Testing
We provide a variety of lab services, including in-house A1C testing for diabetics, and INR testing for Coumadin (warfarin) monitoring.
We have lab draw services available, with samples sent to the lab required by your insurance.
We also have x-ray services available, including testing (DEXA scanning) for bone density measurement to screen for osteoporosis and related disorders.
Pap screening is available, and we can order additional screening tests to be done, such as prostate screening with PSA, colonoscopy and other colon cancer screening procedures, and mammography for breast cancer screening.
