Here are some of the questions we are frequently asked, and our answers to them. 


Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we welcome new patients. Visit our ‘new to the site’ page for additional information.

 

How do I register on this website if I am already a patient at the clinic?

Please visit our ‘new to the site’ page, and indicate whether you are an adult patient who has had at least one previous appointment at the clinic, or the parent or legal guarding of a child or teen to register on their behalf.

 

What insurances do you accept?

We accept all major insurance plans. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted as well. You can check with your insurance or give us a call regarding your plan.

 

What if I don’t have insurance?

We have a discount program available for cash pay patients. Or, we can set up a payment plan if you prefer.

 

How do I get my medical records transferred?

Simple. We need some basic information on where your records are currently. Then we need your signature for permission to request those records. We can take it from there.

 

Do you make referrals to other specialists?

Yes. We can assist you with referrals to other medical specialists and service providers. We have a referrals desk to help coordinate the process. Medical systems can be complex and challenging to interact with, and we strive to assist you any way we can.

 

Do you give vaccinations?

Yes. We carry routine recommended vaccines in clinic, and can guide you regarding less commonly given vaccines as required. Visit our vaccination center page for information and forms.  Also if you need information about vaccines you may need related to international travel, visit our travelers health page with a link to the CDC site with region and country specific travel information including vaccine recommendations.

 

Se habla español? What language services do you have available?

We do have providers and staff who speak Spanish. We also are able to access additional language services if we do not have staff in-house who can help communicate well with you. It is critical to us that we communicate effectively with you - your health in many ways depends on it. Let us know what you need when you call or send us a message. 

 

What policies do you follow to protect my privacy?

While we need to use personal contact and health information to provide you with high quality medical care, our policy is to keep your information private, only using it in accordance with permission you give.  You can review our full privacy policy here.  

 

Who do I contact with billing questions?

Our business office can assist you with billing or payment questions you may have.
