Vaccination Center

Vaccinations are an important part of your effort to stay healthy and avoid serious diseases from affecting you and your family.

The U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) has developed recommendations for vaccinations, taking into account the relative risk of individuals, cost, and potential benefits.  Select one of the links below to view or download these recommendations, or to view or download a vaccine record form. Click on this link to go to the CDC vaccine information center.

We stock and give most routinely recommended vaccines.  For some vaccines less often given (such as for travelers to some areas outside the U.S.), we recommend getting them from the county health department.

If you want to review your vaccination status or receive vaccines, request an appointment for this here.  If you have a simple question, let us know here.
